THE PRESTON APARTMENTS, LOS ANGELES

Situated in the heart of historic neighborhood, steps from the LA County Museum, the Preston is a boutique style apartments building consisting of 170 luxury units. This was a remodel project aimed to enhance curb appeal and to transform a water intensive tropical planting to a modern and water-wise landscape. With the incorporation of raised planters, filled with drifts of color and texture, CLO design brought unity and coherence to the building facade. The new planting looks stylish and contemporary, and provides inviting setting for residents and their guests.
